beting is strictly an adult platform. All account holders must be 18 years of age or older. Age verification is required at registration and may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
All transactions on beting are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit and are subject to identity verification.
All bonuses offered by beting are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified at the time the bonus is granted. beting reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting — will result in account suspension.
beting employs certified RNG technology across all casino games and maintains fixed-odds integrity across all sports markets. Any account found to be exploiting software vulnerabilities, using prohibited automated betting systems, or engaging in match-fixing activity will be permanently suspended.
Every beting account includes access to deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. beting encourages all players to use these tools proactively. Requests to activate self-exclusion are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
Each player may hold only one beting account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. beting will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to secure their password and OTP details.

beting reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by beting may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Where beting has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, it will immediately suspend the account pending age verification. If the account holder is found to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method from which they originated, net of any withdrawals already made.
Each individual player may hold only one active beting account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. beting may close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held across those accounts.
When registering your beting account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You must notify beting promptly if any of your registered details change, particularly your mobile number and payment method details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your beting account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. beting will never ask you to share your password by email, phone, or any other channel.
beting reserves the right to close or suspend any account where it reasonably believes that the registered account holder is not the person operating the account, or where the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
All financial transactions on the beting platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). beting does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered and no foreign exchange service is provided through the platform.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your beting account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification status, payment method, and activity history.
Withdrawals on beting will only be processed to the same payment method and mobile number used to make the original deposit into your account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. beting reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
beting processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours under normal operating conditions. During periods of high demand, public holidays (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day), or where additional verification is required, processing times may be longer. beting will communicate any material delay to the affected account holder via their registered contact details.
Deposits that remain unused in a beting account for more than 180 consecutive days may be subject to an inactivity processing fee as described in the account dashboard. beting will provide at least 30 days' written notice before applying any inactivity fee.
All bets and wagers placed on beting are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game at the time the bet is placed. These specific rules are available within the relevant game or market page on the beting platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the beting platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where expressly permitted by the applicable game or market rules. beting reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:
Casino games on beting — including slots, live tables, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and Limbo — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer operations provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. beting does not offer credit betting. All bets must be funded from your verified beting account balance at the time of placement. Negative account balances will not be permitted.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the beting platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the beting platform without the prior written consent of beting.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, beting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the beting platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
beting makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events beyond beting's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. beting will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
beting's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to beting in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
beting collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the beting platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
beting will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. beting may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and law enforcement authorities as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.
beting reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, beting will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered account holders via their registered email address or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the beting platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
